North Beach Residence

North Beach Residence

Originally the North Beach Malt House, this condominium received a full makeover to transform the clients' home into an urban sanctuary.  The entry features an antiqued mirrored console accompanied by a vintage vine sculpture from one of Michael Taylor's estates in the late 1970s- early 1980s.

The open floor plan offers a wonderful space to entertain guests with a gorgeous burl wood dining table, dark wood framed furniture, soft upholstered pieces with golden textiles and copper accent walls.

The master bedroom is a delightful retreat with punch colored walls, medallion patterned drapes and rich textural wood furniture.

While the neighboring guest bedroom is a crisp contrast in blue variations accented with a splendid gilded chest.

The lower level media room resides down the woven vinyl covered stairwell.  Getting back to the buildings’ industrial roots, the concrete floors were stained and offer balance to the dark painted ceiling.

The media room décor is completed with a large comfortable sectional, a plum colored shag rug and fabrics offering pops of chartreuse and orange.
